Section 108
Arrangements after improvement in the condition of the insurer
Improvement in the condition of the insurer taken over by the special management group; If found, the special management group can take the following actions:-
(a) to release the suspension of a suspended board of directors, (b) to transfer the management of the insurer to the board of directors of the insurer,
(c) To form a new board of directors for the time being from among the shareholders of the insurer: To direct the general meeting to be convened within six months,
(d) To convene a general meeting of the insurer to form a new board of directors.
